Workshop (1 or 2 Days)
The Revitalize Workshop, based off of my book, It’s All About Execution: Transform Your Organization by Creating a Culture of ‘Getting Things Done’, is the flagship execution workshop that I offer. In this workshop I will lead the organization through various exercises meant to create the elements of an execution plan. The workshop is meant to align the behaviors of every person in the organization or unit toward its top-line goals. This is a hands-on workshop that is designed to:
- Give participants and the organization, as whole, the firm knowledge and methodology to achieve greater execution
- Motivate and inspire participants to adopt the methodology
- To leave the organization with an actual execution plan tailored to that organization which could be begin within as little as a week.
The Revitalize workshop, is designed for an audience where all of the individuals in the audience are from the same company. This could be a complete company, a division, management team, or some combination. A great time for this workshop is during company annual planning meetings or retreats, a crux where change is needed in an organization due to various factors, for start-up organizations needing to lay an execution structure, organizations that are stuck on a proverbial ledge, or that ones that need to create an execution structure to achieve greater success.
The workshop is generally 1 full day, but this can be stretched to 2 days for organizations desiring more hands-on access to me in order to help them create a complete execution plan for the company
Seminar (3 Hours or 1 Day)
This Revitalize Seminar is similar to the Revitalize Workshop except that it is tailored to the individual instead of the organization. In this workshop we will dive into the underlying principles of execution. We will explore the model of what it takes to execute consistently in one’s life and organization. In this workshop participants will create their own plan of execution for their: business, team, department, family, or personal life – which can be implemented as soon as participants leave. It’s meant to motivate, inspire and give individuals the knowledge to be able to execute better within their individual responsibilities. The seminar is full of individual and group activities that will arm individuals with necessary execution knowledge and fully inspire them to take action.
The Revitalize Seminar, based off of my book, It’s All About Execution: Transform Your Organization by Creating a Culture of ‘Getting Things Done’, is designed for a mixed audience where the attendees are potentially from different companies or organizations. This is often the case for industry associations or events. The seminar is designed for individuals and can be customized depending on the level of the participants. For example, an audience organization full of business owners and executives will get a seminar tailored to them and an organization of employees or mixed-level will receive a seminar tailored a little bit different for them.
The seminar is generally 3 hours long, but can also be stretched for a full day if more personal attention and depth is desired.
Speech (90 Minutes)
The It’s All About Execution Speech, based of of my book, It’s All About Execution: Transform Your Organization by Creating a Culture of ‘Getting Things Done’, is the prefect keynote for organizations needing to instill the secrets of execution to their audience. The most successful people are great at getting things done, they execute their way to success. This speech is designed to inspire and teach the audience the keys to creating miracles of success and profitability through the power of execution.
The It’s All About Execution Speech is intended for any audience that is filled with the desire to create greater success. The speech is 90 minutes long and can be customized based on the audience.
