A great lesson on interpretation.
I watched this video from the perspective of a leader and as one who appreciates a good leader. I often work in situations that involve volunteerism (sometimes coordinating volunteers; sometimes as a volunteer), and it’s these situations especially where I will apply the wisdom you shared in this video.
