Dennis and I began developing a friendship following my review of his book, Leading at the Edge. It was an awesome book and one I think every leader should read. He was kind enough to help me on a few things and vice-versa and I hope it is the beginning of a long friendship. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Into the Storm, which will be coming out soon. You can surely expect another book review.
